I had reservations,why not use a local broker instead? In fact,I began to go elsewhere, during the start of my process. Once I compared,it was the same deal with less paperwork, promises that were kept, and a whole team working for me instead of one broker. One word of advice,with today's market, check the value of your home at a website such as zillow for a reality check. I was fine, but my house was lower than I thought. Most importantly, I was kept up to date with each and every step and each call or email was returned promptly. STELLAR SERVICE!!!
