I was a bit nervous about doing everything on line, but all was excellent. I did go on vacation and got back to having 1 day to close and that was nerve-wracking even though I told Quicken about my plans. Other mortgage companies said you had a bad rating with the BBB and changed rates at closing, but I had no experiences like that. Rosa Qaza even e-mailed me while I was on vacation to keep me up to date which I thought was great. I would definately refinance with Quicken again. Thanks for the excellent service.
