Overall good experience. Pre-loan access to human being on the phone took less than 2 minutes. Very efficient overall process and would reccommend to others. Two less than perfect incidents. First, was being asked and answering 3 separate times by 3 different people about a never used and not accessible equity line of credit. Each person then requested a payoff notice from provider of that line of credit resulting in 3 fax fees for the same information. I learned of this by questioning the high fax fee. I had to make a couple of calls to straighten this out. To Quicken loans credit, the 2 unnecessary fax fees were compensated for. The second issue was an email which received no response. It contained a question about a possibly lower interest rate which one could fear might jeopardize my continuing with the loan and could wish to avoid answering. Even outstanding performances generally have room for improvement so please take this as constructive feedback. I would definitely use Quicken Loans again and recommend to others.
