My mortgage refinance wasn't exactly "vanilla." Our home is owned in a trust for estate tax purposes, and the process to close was slightly complicated by this fact. But for the pros at Quicken loans - it was no sweat!! Brian quarterbacked a great team who knew exactly what to ask for and how to get the job done. The closing agent came to our house - the payoff of our old mortgage was exactly on schedule. Everything went just exactly as it was supposed to. Fantastic transaction!!!
