I executed my refinance through Quicken Loans via Amelia Radecki. As the title indicates, the whole process was easy and painless. When the rates dropped between my agreeing to the loan and closing, Amelia arranged for my rate to be locked in at the lower - amazing from a customer servicde standpoint. Everyone I dealt with from QL was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly competent, not the most common of things these days. The whole process was as good as could possibly be expected. In response to the outstanding service I have already referred 3 people to call Amelia, something I am generally reluctant to do. Congrats on really having your act together - I can't say enough positive things about my experience.
