The mortgage experience as noted above was escellent. My only concern is that you then sent me a letter telling me that you had sold the loan to Chase. No problem. Except when I tried to contact Chase to mail them the first payment -- I could not get through to verify the transfer. So, I sent the first payment to you. To date I have yet to hear from Chase. My concerrn her is that you requested that I send the first payment to Chase. I would have if I could have gotten them to verify that I now had a mortgage obligation with them. vr/Wayne Rose
