Getting a loan through quicken loans was a great experience. I was really impressed with their level of customer service in all there different departments. The closing process for my loan was a little different than what most mortgage companies are used too and they did a great job making sure everything on their end got pushed through. I would definitely recommend quicken loans to someone looking to buy or refi their home.
