The process was easy from the beginning of filling out the application on line & sending them back on line thru scan & email. The follow up by each person involved. I was able to complete the loan & sign the papers within two weeks. The loan was approved very quickly & efficiently. My first payment was due by the next month. Thanks to everyone at Quicken. Of course the worse procedure was the signing of the papers with the notary. However, by getting the papers to me ahead of time we were able to read & know what was being signed before they came. This made it simpler for us because all our questions were taken care of ahead of time by calling our Morgtage Banker, Bradley Kessler. Eric Swindelhurst, Client Care Specialist, was also helpful by going over the contract & correcting a few items.
