Overall good experience. I had to pay 1/8th of a point more for the subordination with the previous lender, which was not disclosed early on. This was despite the fact that my home appraised for much more (over 12%) than my estimate. I was promised a rebate by Quicken of $400 after the close which I was content with, but still have not received.
