Refinance process completed in 10 days. Locked in desired rate within 1 day whereas other institutions quoted up to 30 days before I could lock in a rate. Very responsive rep (Paul Y) who took the time to answer all of our questions. The home assessment was the only area where I had some minor issues (sq footage was off and comps seemed old and inaccurate). Closing agent was also nice and efficient.
