I am 100% satisfied with Quicken Loans and the work Ryan Walton and team did on my refinancing. When I decided to refinance my home I called my mortgage company to get the ball rolling. I was told I would receive a call back (I'm still waiting for the call). I also called several other companies and was surprised at the lack of basic knowledge in V.A.loans, refinancing, PMI etc. A few weeks later I logged onto Quicken Home Loans late one evening to see what was available for interest rates. The next morning I received a call from Ryan Walton. I was quite pleased to find someone who was willing to help with the refinancing and knew what he was doing. Within hours of Ryans phone call I had most of the paperwork completed. I was kept informed of the process the entire time. When I asked to have the close date moved up, Ryan and team put in the extra effort to accoplish my request. Job well done.
