The closing was not even scheduled on the day of closing. Whoever does that did not schedule a Notary. My wife & I took off work for a 2:00pm appt.and no one showed up. I had to call your Michigan Offices and a Notary showed up 2 hours late. I found this to be very unprofessional. I asked everyone involved with my account to not sell my Loan to Countrywide who I despise as a company. What was done? The Loan was sold to Countrywide. Do you call that Customer Service??? Chris was the bright spot in a bad ordeal. Scott Hooper
