the process was great--well informed and helpful agents, set up appointments well. the only thing I have not been happy with is the after the loan has been put in place--i have not received paperwork and only a vague response from the agent saying the paperwork will arrive before my first payment is due because the loan is given to a "loan handler". this could be described better in the process
