The subordination end of things was horrible. That falls on my other mortgagee, not Quicken. However, there were lots of times where there was more paperwork requested that was not communicated in a timely manner. Overall, the mortgage lender, his support staff and everyone that I have talked with or to at Quicken was very helpful and professional. The problems were minor speed bumps along the way.
