We went into this transaction with realistic expectations. We came out very pleased (almost amazed) with result. It took 3 weeks from the VERY first contact to closing of our loan. Not for the meek or uninformed. You have to do your homework before diving into mortgages. Know what is available, know what it can cost, but more importantly, know where you stand financially. Kevin knows his stuff and offered many options. When we told him what we wanted and what we expected, he went it and got it. Great experience!
