I did everything Quicken wanted, then I did it again and again. I was told Quicken would be my mortage company and before I make my first payment the load was transfered to Countrywide. The whole prossess was a pain and if I had it to do again I would not do it with Quicken.
Editor’s note: We apologize for the length of your loan closing time. We understand that issues arose from both parties that delayed the process and are very sorry for this inconvenience. In regards to your loan being sold to Country Wide, we want to make it very clear that Quicken Loans is still your mortgage company and will always be available for any questions or concerns you may have.
Please remember, Country Wide is only the servicer of your loan and under no circumstances will the conditions or terms of your mortgage ever change. If you would like to contact Quicken Loans at any time please feel free to email us at Kelly@quickenloans.com, or call at (800) 863-4332.
