Jim Hassan was extremely professional and open in his dealings with us; we both appreciated his expertise, his willingness to have us check his 'numbers' with our financial advisor and his general pleasant attitude. We had one glitch in the loan process; Jim fixed it quickly and efficiently.........we were/are impressed and will recommend Quicken to friends.
