Jeff started out good taking the application but once the application started it was like he forgot who I was. He would not return phone calls or emails. At the end, I paid way more on the loan fee WHICH WAS NEVER DISCLOSED TO ME verbally or on paper. I was in a time crunch and it just felt like Jeff dragged his feet. Thank God for Megan Carver. I would call and she would always call me right back or email me right back. She has the best personality. I would not recommend Quicken Loans to anyone.
Editor’s note:  We apologize about the miscommunication you had with your mortgage banker. Your banker should have communicated all aspects of your loan fees, and all phone calls and emails should have been answered in timely manner. This is not common practice for us at Quicken Loans .We value all our clients and expect our bankers to provide quick and effective responses to all questions.
