We would use Quicken Loans again in a heartbeat. Fast, friendly, courteous service. Staff were extremely knowledgeable. Only drawback was when we found out weeks after closing that our mortgage was going to be handled in the very near future by JP Morgan Chase Bank instead of Quicken. Never told "up front" that Quicken "always" hands over its mortgages to a second party, e.g., JP Morgan Chase. Reminds me of when Saturn was bought by General Motors. The car went downhill from there...and now it's really out in the cold. At this point in my life, I don't trust any of the mega corporations and banks anymore...nor will I ever again have faith in our "free market" economy. If our government has turned itself into a socialist democracy by bailing out Wall Street and the other Mega Corporations, then, by all means, go "all the way" and bail out the taxpayers of this country, by providing us with free health and dental care, a flat tax rate, low cost prescriptions, free higher education for our kids, free nursing home/assisted living care for our elderly population and an adequate pension for all Americans who have worked and paid taxes for at least 30 years or more.
