Quick and easy but I'm sure that it helped that I had lots of equity and excellent credit! My friend who referred me did not have the same experience. She had an initial appraisal amount, spent $750 for that appraisal and that appraisal was lower than the initial one so she could not get the refinance and was out the cost of the appraisal. Should be some way that could have been avoided. My experience was fine. I did appreciate being continually updated on the progress.
