I did appreciate the extra effort from the two associates with which my loan was secured. I am not in favor of the law that allows you to sell my agreement to another company! I was not asked or informed. I know this is my problem which leads to another reason to write to my elected officials today. The ammount of your paper work is very unfair. Too many lawyers? What about the legislation the President signed yesterday 3/9/09? I shall be invetigating since I only received approx $800.00 cash when it was my understanding that the ammount of cash was to be considerably more. I entered also with intent of reducing my monthly as well as my interest. The statement was, "This will give you a cash back up that you could use for your payment." I do know I am not making this up, nor did I dream the statement. The trust of the "NO" side of congress is equal to the confidence in BANKING, INSURANCE, LAWYERS and MORTGAGE BANKING! I am not sorry to be relating my positions, but I am sorry about the undersanding of the mis-trust that is more than a small concern by your public.
