My first On-Line experience of this type. The entire process went smoothly, from the initial phone contact with Jason through the several contacts with Nicole and the Loan Team, {by phone and several On-Line contacts} for additional information and transfer of needed documents. All contacts were professional, informative, and performed with courtesy. The only personal contact (Face to Face) was with the Notary when signing the Finalized Documents. I am pleased with the entire transaction with "Quicken Loans" (which took about 3 weeks) and with the interest rate received.
