This was the first time that I thought about buying a house, although it was not the easiest thing to do. I had many challenges along the way.. I cried and felt like giving up plenty of time. But Melanie Manar who was in charge of my loan was great! She was always there to explain things to me ever if I asked the same thing over and over again. She was very patient and a very pleasant person to work with. I felt like for the most part that she went out of her way to make sure the I was not only comfortable with what was going on but took the time to explain it all to me as well. She was even available to me after she was off of work if I needed her! She is an excellent example of what a loan officer should be especially to a first time home buyer who has no idea how that process works!
