Every person that called me or I called, knew everything about my loan. I did NOT have to re-explain anything...everyone knew their job and the info about my loan!!!!! I had to ask if the company were Japanese owned, since the only other experience I had with customer service this GREAT was in Japan. ALL American companies should operate like "Quickenloans". You should be the standard for American companies, but as it is today in America, you are the PEAK of the standard. Everyone was extremely knowlegable and FRIENDLY!!! You guys are GREAT!!!
