Quicken contacted me unexpectedly on behalf of my current mortgage servicer and gave me a better offer than anyone else I had contacted to refinance. Closing was quick and easy. The only feedback I have is that I found receiving the mortgage details and numbers over the phone confusing. For example I didn't understand initially how all the numbers added up on the good faith estimate.
