We were very satisfied except with one thing. We were told we would receive our 399.00 we paid to get the application started. We waited for this and was told it was in the final money we received but we did not understand how the figures did not add up. It also said in the final papers it would be mailed after closing. WE called and this was when we were told it was in the final money. This was never explained to us and we still do not understand. We added all the figures and just cannot understand. Maybe it\'s right and we just cannot understand.This was the only thing we were not satisfied with.
