Overall it wasn't bad, but some things feel more comfortable dealing with someone face to face. Mr. Harris was easy to deal with, which made it nice. Others, not so much. We found we really had to stick to our guns about some issues, and eventually you listened. No process is without some snaffus, but wasn't too much of a pain.
