I worked with Kristen, who was very informative and patient with my many questions about refinancing my home. She gave me a good feeling when speaking with her, and was prompt in returning my phone calls. I was very pleased while working directly with her. However, after the closing took place, I had questions about who was my loan going to be sold to? After speaking to several folks, no one could tell me. I asked to be placed with a mortgage company that would allow bi-weekly payments, as the paperwork said some companies will allow you to pay twice per month others will not. I was told they could not tell me if the company I was being sold to would or not. I asked if a memo could be typed on my file stating my requests and was told no, there was no place to do so. So I closed on April 3, this is May 12, and I still do not know if I have been placed with a company that will meet my requests nor the name of the company. So am I happy with Quickens??? Yes with the service I received from Kristen and Michelle prior to closing, no with the service or lack of customer satisfaction after closing. I would like communication!!!!, which I feel is lacking after you have signed on the dotted line.
