Overall, it was one of the most easiest loans I ever applied for. My mortgage broker, loan approval and closing teams were all great to work with. My new fixed rate of 4.3% has saved me hundreds of dollars each month. I would highly recommend Quicken Loans to anyone looking to buy or refinance a home however, I would only warn, that they are confident in that they, and their home would qualify accordingly; as the $500.00 in upfront fees could be lost…!!!
