Oh my! It was probably one of the easiest processes I have done in years. Angela was there at my fingertips if needed. Hardly any paperwork was neccesary, save for some pay stubs. Everything was explained, all options, rates, points, etc. I have talked to many friends who were going through the same process with other lenders, and had nightmare experiences. Many never even got return phone calls. We applied, were processed, even had settlement at my home in the evening in mere weeks. Great job! And great rate too!!
