This was by far the easiest time we had refinancing, we have refinanced three times in the past 18 years and each time before was brutal. We had arrange our schedule around that of the mortgage company, between meeting with them to review paper work and having to take time off from work to be at the house for the appraiser. Not this time, with the people from Quicken Loans they worked around my schedule, the appraiser came out when it was a good time for me and the best part was the closing was done right in my home, at night after work so I did not have to take time off from work to do it. The people I dealt with from Quicken Loans also were great, they made several follow up calls and kept me up to date on every step of the way. It was such a great experience that I have already recommended Quicken Loans to several other people who were looking at refinancing.
