I was looking for a refinance loan and sent a request for quotes on bankrate.com. Quicken Load rep emailed and called me with in 10 mintues. 2 hrs later I had intial approval and on my way to saving over $300 a month. Next day I was set up to have appraiser out the next day. 3 weeks later I was closed and happy. Best experience ever and this was my second house and third refinance.
