It was easy and went well. Everyone was very helpful and patient. The only thing that did not go off perfectly was the closing, the instructions for the notary was not complete,so we started signing papers in black ink quicken wants blue ink. So after a phone call we had to stop and start tearing my copies out of a very nice binder which is now ruined. I wish i had a new one,lets see.
