Overall Happy, but I would be extremely satisfied if my subordination agreement with Wachovia had the actual loan amount on it versus the "Not to exceed $197,000". I closed on a $180,000 mortgage, but I effectively have a $197000 lien. So, it leaves me a little disappointed on the final out come.
