We found the process to be very easy. Our Mortgage Banker was very experienced. We only had one little hicup after the fact because we went from a FHA loan to a Conventional loan, so therefore we lost about $2900. Our Mortgage Banker did not realize this when he set us up for a conventional loan. Other than that we were very satisfied.
