It was pretty easy, and working with Andrea K. was excellent. Getting some of the paperwork in was tedious and had to be repeated, but she was great to work with. I liked doing everything by phone, fax and email but having the closing at my home. I DON'T like that my loan was sold right away; I'd prefer to select my banker
