The whole process was quick and easy. There was a lot of paperwork to read, but we did just fine with that. I got quick responses on my questions from my representative. There was only one slight mix-up on the scheduling of the appraisal. The company who set that up assumed a time and date without confirming it. I was not in a position to answer the door when they arrived unscheduled so the appraiser waited around a little while until I was ready to greet him. The notary public that was sent to our house was a very personable, friendly person. Overall, things went really well.
