This process is hands down the way mortgage lending should be. Quicken Loans has mastered the process with the customer in mind. From the first call to the closing handshake there were never any doubts on what happens next, or what was expected from me. The closing paperwork is undboutedly the cleanest product I have ever seen. The overnight packet sent to complete the closing meeting with the Attorney was very well thought out to include pens to conduct the signing. Good Job Quicken.
