Very painless, efficient process. Only complaint stems from same process that makes it efficient. Communication by mouth not entirely in sync with auto-generated electronic communication- verbal instructions indicating won't need some documentation while electronic communication requests said documentation. Easily, quickly cleared up with an email- just a bump to an otherwise flawless process. Also commend closer for accommodating 4 hour delay to appointment with less than 24 hours notice- much appreciated.
