The first person I dealt with was Scott Vaniden who was wonderful. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process. The 2nd person was Kasey Walmsley whom I felt I was bothering when I called, I usually would call Scott again who helped me with things. Scott actually called me at home on a weekend just to see how things were going with the process. The overall process was quick and professional. I have told my friends about Quicken Loans.
