Everything was quick and easy. Enjoyed working with you. I felt as if I got very personal service. The only thing that was less than great was the closing. The notary that was sent to get the papers signed did not give us any clue of what we were signing. This was not so much of a problem for us, as we have bought / refinanced several times in the last 15 years, so we were very familiar with the paperwork. I just wondered what would happen with a customer who was not so familiar. I suppose we could have asked him to slow down and explain if we had wanted that...
