Shawn called me once a week giving me all the details of the loan why I should refinance and was just a pain in my butt however he did make me refinance and laugh a little. I think your prices are too high however due to Shawns golden tounge you got my business. I really liked Shawn he is a great saleman and you are lucky to have him. His persistance paid off for quicken loans. Everyone on your sales staff was great! I liked everyone from sales to closing they (expecially Shawn) made everything easy for me which I appreciated. Your five star list doesnt include anything you would get a low score on which I find interesting & very smart. If you add anything about pricing of loans I bet your score will drop! Sad but true.
