Everything went quite smoothly. Initial contact and data collection began right away after completing the on-line application on a Saturday morning. Most of the initial data collection was completed on Saturday and Sunday, which was very convenient for us. We received three rate options to select from. My only concern through the process was not knowing who the loan servicer was going to be until after closing, so we did not know what the availability of on-line account access or on-line payment plan would be.
