I was having a bad experience with my previous lender GMAC; even though my payments were always on time and I have an excellent credit score they were threatening to foreclose on my house due to a home equity loan that matured (and they refused to refinance). Quicken Loans made the refinance process easy-all the employees involved were a pleasure to work with on this new loan.
