Because this was our first time to submit our application on line, we had some reservations. In speaking with our account manager, he assured us that everything was private. We were impressed with the follow-through with each representative of Quicken. When we had questions, we were able to reach a real person who soon satisfied our needs. We almost expected something to happen to delay or stop the procedure. We still look back at the experience and are so impressed with the professionalism from beginning to end. The notary handling our account was as professional and knowledgable as well. We have recommended Quicken to our friends and relatives. When we tell our story, they too are amazed how it took place.
