Highly competent people and systems. I had a question about a pending tax payment. The "mortgage banker" (not even mine, he was unavailable) nearly instantaneously went to my county's tax assessor web site, looked up my property, and answered my concerns. And, I didn't have to give him my loan application number, property address, or anything else. Evidently, Quicken has a highly integrated data system that used caller ID to identify me and pull up the details of my loan instantly! Impressive. Further, the closing was only 20 calendar days after my initial contact.
