I was amazed with the turn around times every step of the way and astonished how fast we closed our refinance. My Mom and sister were going thru a refinance and they hard started about a month or two before me and my transaction closed before theirs. I was also amazed with how fast Kristen would return my calls, it was as if I were her only client which I'm sure is not the case, but that's how I felt thru the entire process. I would recommend Quicken to anyone who is shopping for a loan.
