The whole process worked very well. It was quick and easy. Any contact with a real person was very professional every time. They came to my house to do the signing, they were on time and knew what they were doing. The only thing negative I can say is that I got one e-mail with the heading of "Delayed Payment". This was in regards to info they need from my wife. Instead of sending an e-mail stating they needed the info and giving me time to get it to them, the first e-mail was an implyed threat that the loan would be delayed if I didn't get them the info. This is after they took my 7000 dollars for the closing cost. This really hacked me off because it was uncalled for. I had provided all info requested of me in a timely manner prior to this.
