I had never heard of Quicken Loans until I stumbled upon it by searching for refinance companies. I shopped around a little bit, starting with my current mortgage bank, then compared what they said to what the people at Quicken Loans offered. Quicken not only offered me a better deal, but promised to complete the transaction much faster. They kept their word. It was very easy and quick. I have no complaints.
