Very impressed with the Quicken Loans process. James Arn is great and works hard to make sure everything goes together well. The mortgage processor and all of the Quicken Loans people I dealt with were top notch with service. I'd definitely recommend Quicken Loans to anyone looking for great rates and excellent service...nice to see those go together so well.
